1 Scope and Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all products and services made available by tk687 through its website and any associated mobile-web interface. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the tk687 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

tk687 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 5 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, tk687 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, during a periodic account review, or following a change to account details. Requested documents may include:

• National Identification Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement)

8 General Bonus Rules

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus wallet. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games before any portion of the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

Each player is entitled to claim any given promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Using multiple accounts, third-party payment methods, or any form of coordinated activity to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.

9 Wagering Requirements & Eligible Games

11 Casino & Slot Games

13 Error and Manifest Mistake Policy

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or ongoing investigation, the balance will be held and not disbursed until the investigation is concluded. Where no breach is found, the full real-money balance will be returned.
